Our services include personalized support, reporting, and consultations. Scheduling and delivery details are agreed upon prior to commencement.

Info products consist of digital guides, tutorials, and templates delivered electronically upon receipt of payment.

3.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed guides or branded merchandise are subject to availability and shipping terms.

4. Refund Policy

Below is our detailed approach to refunds, transfers, and cancellations based on the type of offering.

4.1 Services Refunds and Transfers

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the agreed start time, you may transfer the session to a later date at no additional cost. Cancellations within 48 hours cannot be refunded due to preparation and scheduling commitments. If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

4.2 Info Products Refunds

You may request a refund for an info product within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded more than 25% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.

4.3 Goods Refunds

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Custom or printed-on-demand items are not eligible for returns.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms become effective 7 days after posting.
